About the job NetSuite Implementation Consultant (Multibook)

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Functional Consultant with extensive experience Multibook implementations. This consultant will play a key role in the successful implementation, optimization, and support of these critical modules to meet client needs across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage NetSuite functional implementations, focusing on Multibook.

  • Configure and optimize Multibook projects and complex accounting processes.

  • Implement, configure, and test integrations between NetSuite and third-party tax software, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate reporting.

  • Conduct system migrations, data validations, and perform troubleshooting and issue resolution to ensure smooth NetSuite operation post-implementation.

  • Provide end-user training on NetSuite best practices

  • Assist in the upgrade process and ensure the implementation of new NetSuite features related to tax, accounting, and financial reporting.

  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support, ensuring smooth operations and optimization of the NetSuite system across multiple global regions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience implementing and configuring NetSuite with a strong focus on Multibook, and multi-subsidiary setups.

  • Certifications: NetSuite Multibook Certification is a MUST

  • Project Management: Strong experience leading end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations, working with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and delivering projects within scope.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex financial and tax business requirements and translate them into practical NetSuite configurations and workflows.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Integration Experience: Understanding of system integrations with NetSuite, including tax-related systems, external financial systems, and reporting tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with NetSuite SuiteScript or SuiteFlow for custom automation and configuration.

  • Knowledge of other third-party applications that integrate with NetSuite for accounting or tax purposes.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
