Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of NetSuite implementation and optimization projects for our diverse US-based clients.

As the primary point of contact for clients, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also play a key role in early project phases, including scoping, pricing, pre-sales discussions, and resource planning, partnering closely with stakeholders to define effective and client-specific NetSuite solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to understand client business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
  • Lead and manage multiple NetSuite projects concurrently, from initiation to closure.
  • Oversee the entire NetSuite implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live.
  • Facilitate and lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Manage project resources, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to the project team (consultants, developers, etc.).
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading NetSuite implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing at least 3 full lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and functionalities (ERP, CRM, SuiteCommerce, OneWorld, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • NetSuite Administrator or Consultant certification is a significant advantage.
  • Experience working with US-based clients is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
