About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Commercial Support Agent. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, healthcare providers, and wholesalers.

Your primary focus will be on responding to commercial inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner, while also identifying and reporting potential Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs).

You will work closely with various sites and content to ensure that customers receive prompt, complete, and professional customer service. This includes assisting with temperature excursion inquiries and updates, as well as navigating and providing assistance with commercial tools and sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to commercial inbound calls, chats, and emails from patients, healthcare providers, and wholesalers
  • Provide customer support to wholesalers and/or distributors who purchase client products
  • Answer general inquiries from consumers and/or healthcare providers
  • Navigate and provide assistance with commercial tools and sites
  • Work with various sites/content to ensure customer receives prompt, complete, and professional customer service

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a medical or commercial setting
  • Strong proficiency with spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and navigate new systems and technologies quickly
