Lead Amazon Account Manager Needed

We are looking for a strategic, reliable and client-obsessed account manager to oversee Amazon accounts from onboarding to growth. You will be the trusted point of contact, tracking progress, leading communication and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage onboarding and track brand milestones (30/60/90 days)
  • Own client communication, performance reviews and insight delivery
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure progress is on track
  • Resolve client issues through ongoing audits
  • Ensure SOPs are followed for onboarding and offboarding
  • Contribute to quarterly case studies and internal team updates
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in Amazon Seller Central with expertise in PPC, flat files and SEO
  • 2+ years in client/account management preferably in an agency setting
  • Clear communicator and proactive problem-solver
  • Proficient in ClickUp, Slack and Zoom or eager to learn
  • Reliable, thoughtful and fast-moving under pressure
