Job Overview

This role is responsible for accurately managing logistics-related data within our systems, ensuring information is precise, accessible and up-to-date. It plays a crucial part in supporting the smooth operation of our supply chain.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and update shipping, receiving and inventory data into the company database with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain records of logistics transactions, including invoices, shipping documents and inventory updates.
  • Verify data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, transportation and customer service teams to ensure data alignment.
  • Prepare and generate regular reports on logistics activities, such as delivery status and inventory levels.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation.
  • Assist with documentation for customs, freight and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure security of sensitive data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in data entry or logistics support is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in data entry software and logistics systems.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
