We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to handle our financial transactions and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will have experience using Zoho Books and be proficient in data entry, accounts reconciliation, and payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry Specialist: Accurately enter financial transactions into Zoho Books and maintain records of all transactions.
  • Payroll Processor: Process payroll, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
  • Accounts Reconciler: Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Payroll Specialist, or similar role.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, or other Zoho finance applications.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
