Senior IT Service Management Specialist

The IT team is responsible for providing technical support, services, and applications to a global workforce. Our goal is to help employees maximize their productivity and exceed business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance for the administration, support, and maintenance of core IT service management systems, including incident, problem, knowledge, change, and request management, as well as configuration management databases.
  • Research and analyze business requirements, develop conceptual and detailed designs, and implement solutions using ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators to provide advanced-level assistance for day-to-day operations and support cases.
  • Lead the development and deployment of new integrations with internal and external systems.

Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to discuss technical options and pros/cons to meet business requirements and achieve secure and scalable solutions while applying best practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent experience required.
  • 6-8+ years in an IT environment with strong IT service management experience and a solid understanding of ITIL.
  • 5-7+ years of ServiceNow experience in administration, configurations, customizations, development, enhancements, troubleshooting, end-user support, platform updates, and maintenance.
  • ServiceNow CSA certification essential.
