Corporate Affairs Specialist

The Corporate Affairs Team plays a vital role in building strong partnerships with government agencies, regulators, and industry partners.

\Key Responsibilities\
  • \
  • Coordinate with government and industry stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements.\
  • Support team efforts in organizing and attending meetings, workshops, and conferences.\
  • Conduct research and analysis on regulatory developments that may impact the company.\
  • File and/or oversee the timely submission of reports required by regulatory agencies.\
  • Prepare requests for payments related to regulatory fees.\
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate compliance-related processes.\
  • Perform other tasks assigned from time to time.\
    • \Qualifications\
      • \
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Political Science, Communication, or a related field.\
      • Familiarity with aviation regulations and compliance standards.\
      • Knowledge of regulatory agencies and key stakeholders is an asset.\
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.\
      • Proficiency in MS Office Suite is necessary.\
