Virtual Receptionist

As a virtual receptionist, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients across the globe.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and answering inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering customer calls and responding to their inquiries.
  • Booking appointments on our client's CRM/scheduling platforms.
  • Taking detailed call summary notes, including contact information and reason for inquiry.
  • Transmitting call notes to clients after each call with accuracy and no typos.

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work independently in a home-based environment. You will require a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a dedicated workspace with minimal distractions.

The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Requirements
  • High-speed internet (at least 40 Mbps).
  • A reliable computer with Intel i3 processor and 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup power source.

Experience working from home is not necessary, as we are willing to train the right candidate.
