Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an expert in performance-based email marketing, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class customer communication across email, SMS, and push channels.

About the Role

In this role, you will take full ownership of our email, SMS, and push marketing channels, with a focus on key performance metrics such as revenue per recipient, open and click-through rates, unsubscribe rates, and total revenue generated.

  • Design and continuously optimize advanced automation flows and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Lead the planning, creation, and scheduling of all marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the CX team to enhance customer communications.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance-based email marketing, preferably in eCommerce.
  • Skilled in copywriting and creating messages that convert.
  • A deep understanding of digital customer behavior and how to drive action through comms.
  • Strong communicator who can manage briefs, coordinate across teams, and identify bottlenecks.
  • Excellent prioritization and time-management skills, you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with Klaviyo or Netcore (strongly preferred).
  • Strong technical CRM skills, segmentation, tagging, APIs, integrations, and product feeds.
