Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective email marketing strategies that drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, and social media platforms.

  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing messaging.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve email marketing strategies.

  • Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2C or B2B setting.

  • Demonstrated expertise in email marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or Pardot.

  • Proven track record of successfully executing email marketing campaigns that drive business results.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure and report on campaign effectiveness.
