Job Role: Process Engineer/ Workflow Automation Specialist

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM (AU Time Zone)

We are seeking a skilled Productivity Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing organizational efficiency by optimizing workflows and integrating tools.

Your primary focus will be on building and managing a comprehensive knowledge base using Notion and possibly HubSpot. You will leverage AI technologies across platforms to automate processes and facilitate better data flow.

  • Create seamless integrations and custom workflows that streamline operations using no-code and low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Airtable).
  • Analyze current workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; design and implement improved processes to boost productivity and reduce errors.
  • Set up and manage dashboards, databases, and analytics tools that enable teams to track project progress, manage resources, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to team members on using Notion, HubSpot, Zapier, Asana, and other integrated tools, ensuring proficiency and confidence in utilizing these systems.

  • Strong experience with Notion, HubSpot, Zapier, Asana, and AI integration tools.
  • Proficiency in process improvement, automation, and systems integration.
  • Excellent analytical skills to identify and solve workflow issues.
  • Strong communication and training skills to effectively teach team members.
  • A proactive and confident approach to leading initiatives and implementing solutions.
