Key Responsibilities:
  • Medication Verification
    • Verify the accuracy of medications packed into dose-ready sachets using AI-driven tools.
    • Cross-check AI-identified medications against prescriptions to ensure correct dosage and format.
    • Flag missing or duplicate tablets and debris to be removed.
    • Highlight patients with missing data for redone processing (black screens).
    • Provide feedback on AI performance to improve accuracy and reliability.
  • Claims Review & Submission
    • Review insurance/government claims prior to submission to ensure accuracy and compliance with payer requirements.
    • Verify patient eligibility for financial assistance programs and document submissions to support claims.
    • Check all paperwork for completeness and resolve discrepancies in documentation.
    • Collaborate with the billing team to streamline claims submission processes.
  • Data Integration & Onboarding
    • Facilitate the migration of data from external systems into dispensing systems during new hospital/nursing home onboarding.
    • Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Collaborate with onboarding teams for seamless integration, including VOIP communication.
  • Monthly Order Processing
    • Process monthly orders by reviewing orders placed and entering them into the dispensing system.
  • Customer Queries
    • Handle first-line customer inquiries regarding order receipt, expected delivery times, and other queries.
Qualifications:
  • Active Pharmacist License
  • Pharmacy Operations Experience - 2+ years in pharmacy operations, claims management, or clinical pharmacy.
  • Insurance Claims Knowledge - Familiarity with insurance claims, financial aid programs, and medication therapy management.
  • Strong Analytical Skills - Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • MEDICATION PACKAGING SYSTEMS - Experience with packaging systems such as sachets or blister packs.
  • Ai Applications In Healthcare - Knowledge of AI applications in healthcare or pharmacy operations.
  • Patient Financial Assistance Programs - Background in patient financial assistance programs or insurance processes.
Working Conditions:
  • Remote Work Arrangement - Work schedule: 3:00 PM-12:00 AM (subject to change based on business needs).
