Job Title: Product Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Developer to join our team. As a key member of our product development process, you will be responsible for transforming initial concepts into viable commercial products.

Your primary focus will be on working across multiple functions to identify development needs within our existing range, from new variations and design updates to running change improvements. You will also be responsible for conducting market research to identify and evaluate new product ideas with a customer-centric approach.

You will work closely with the PD Lead to build a strong product pipeline, ensuring that all projects are completed and launched on schedule. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders will be essential in this role.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will have strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects and timelines. You will be self-directed, proactive, and motivated to push projects forward with limited supervision.

  • You will have 3-5 years of experience in a product development role, ideally within the baby, kids or toys categories, with end-to-end experience from ideation, validation, sourcing, sample validation, quality inspection and mass production.
  • You will have 1-2 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • You will have a good understanding of Western consumer markets (US & Europe) for product decisions.
