Accounts Receivable Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Outreach Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers via phone and email.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to contact customers regarding overdue accounts, negotiate payment arrangements and settlements, and update account information and payment statuses.
- Contact customers via phone and email to discuss outstanding balances and negotiate payment plans.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements with customers to resolve outstanding debts.
- Update customer records and account information in real-time to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of all collection activities, including interactions with customers and outcomes of negotiations.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly collection targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Familiarity with debt collection laws and practices is a plus.
- Prior experience in collections or customer service is preferred but not required.
