We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Administrator to support our business. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, experience in customer service, scheduling, administration, and light marketing tasks.

The successful candidate will play a key role in streamlining daily operations, enabling the business owner to focus on growth and team management. Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls from new and existing clients
  • Responding to email and text inquiries, including follow-ups and accounts receivable reminders
  • Scheduling jobs and assigning them to the appropriate field staff using CRM software
  • Managing lead pipeline through sales tools
  • Updating job statuses and customer information in CRM software
  • Uploading invoices to accounting software (no reconciliation required)
  • Creating and posting updates on social media platforms
  • Promoting and leveraging positive reviews online
  • Managing client's calendar and appointments
  • Handling light reporting and follow-up tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Previous experience handling customer calls
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable learning and using CRM and sales tools
  • Tech-savvy with good grasp of modern software tools
  • Experience in social media content management
  • Comfortable working independently and proactively
  • Familiarity with CRM and job management software (training provided)
