Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent customer service skills, with experience in handling inquiries and resolving order issues. Strong data entry skills are also essential, as the specialist will be responsible for processing orders and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

This position involves working closely with various eCommerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and Shopify, to ensure seamless operations and accurate data tracking. The successful candidate will have a problem-solving mindset and be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Enter, update, and verify orders in a timely manner to ensure accuracy and compliance with Walmart Marketplace requirements.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve order issues, and provide exceptional support via chat, email, and phone.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and synchronize data across multiple platforms to ensure efficient operations.
  • Returns & Refunds: Process return requests, coordinate replacements, and handle refund transactions efficiently.
  • Reporting: Ensure accurate entry of order details, customer information, and financial transactions into Walmart Seller Account.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce order processing or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Skillset:
    • Strong Proficiency in Data Entry: Accurate and efficient data entry skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Experience in chat, email, and phone support.
    • Knowledge of Inventory Management Systems: Understanding of inventory management systems and order tracking processes.
    • E-commerce Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Amazon, eBay, and Shopify platforms.
    • Microsoft Office and Google Sheets: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets for sales tracking and reporting.
    • Multitasking and Problem-Solving: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
