Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Data Entry Clerk.

This is a remote job opportunity with a US-based company.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Job:

  • Responsibilities:
  • Perform clerical work in reviewing, processing, and maintaining accounting or construction-related documents.
  • Work directly with office staff (Regional Management, project managers, accounting) and assist with various tasks.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date office files, both physically and electronically.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of subcontractors.
  • Review invoices for proper documentation and approval before processing payment.
  • Enter invoices accurately and efficiently on a daily basis.
  • Process purchase order invoices and serve as primary contact between internal and external customers.
  • Provide document preparation and records management services.

Requirements:

  • Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as Data Entry Specialist.
  • Basic data entry skills, proficiency in computer software applications.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time wisely.
  • Familiarity with business solutions software and excellent analytical skills.
