About the Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled Demand Planning Expert to play a key role in balancing supply and demand to ensure product availability while optimizing inventory levels.

This position involves analyzing forecasts, monitoring stock movements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a smooth flow of products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance sales forecast models by reviewing historical sales data and managing statistical forecast parameters.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop sales forecast plans.
  • Prepare scenario analysis and recommendations for impacted teams due to supply constraints.
  • Operate the demand planner profile in SAP and provide rationale for major forecast variations.
  • Participate in demand and sales operations planning meetings, reviewing inventory levels across major storage points.
  • Drive results to meet monthly inventory days of cover targets.
  • Accurately complete required ERP processes and transactions in accordance with documented procedures.
  • Apply best practice stock management principles for production posting and inventory movements.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in industrial engineering or supply chain management.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of manufacturing and supply chain experience.
  • Strong experience in SAP-enabled business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
