As a property administrator, you will oversee the management and maintenance of assets to ensure their accuracy and compliance with regulations. This includes coordinating logistics, managing inventory records, and preparing reports for any discrepancies or issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update asset records to ensure accurate information
  • Manage the receipt, inspection, tagging, labeling, and secure storage of equipment
  • Coordinate property transfers, including documentation and coordination of related activities
  • Oversee logistics for asset movements, deliveries, and staff travel
  • Prepare and submit reports for any lost, damaged, or stolen assets
  • Collaborate with asset management teams to align practices and procedures
  • Conduct routine physical inventories and resolve any identified discrepancies
  • Develop and implement SOPs for effective asset handling and control
  • Monitor contract requirements to ensure full compliance
  • Work closely with procurement, warehousing, and finance teams for end-to-end asset lifecycle coordination
  • Keep all asset and inventory records accurate and up to date using tracking systems and ERP platforms

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and record-keeping skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and asset management systems.

A bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering, business, or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years' experience in property and asset management.
