Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio. This includes communication with tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

They will also be responsible for scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

In addition, they will manage lease agreements, enforce compliance and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

Financial management skills are essential, including rent collection, invoicing and accounts payable/receivable.

Marketing and advertising efforts will be required to attract new tenants, as well as promoting our properties through various channels.

Compliance with relevant laws and regulations is paramount, and the ideal candidate will have knowledge of U.S. real estate laws and regulations.

Data entry and management skills are necessary for tracking property transactions, entering bills for payment and processing payroll for maintenance technicians.

Effective vendor relationship management is also crucial for the success of this role.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to handle tenant inquiries and manage maintenance schedules
  • Experienced in rent collection, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable and managing property transactions
  • Skilled in creating marketing strategies to attract new tenants
  • Knowledgeable in U.S. real estate laws and regulations
  • Proficient in managing vendor relationships and processing payroll for maintenance technicians
  • Experienced with property management software and virtual tools, Excel, with strong attention to detail
