As an aviation engineer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that brings together diverse skills and expertise to reimagine complex challenges. Your passion for aviation and electrical engineering will drive your contributions to designing and developing Aeronautical Ground Lighting (AGL) systems for airport infrastructure projects.

  • Assist the Lead Electrical Engineer with the design and development of AGL systems to ensure compliance with relevant standards and operational requirements.
  • Support the design of apron floodlighting to guarantee seamless integration with overall project specifications.
  • Prepare and update detailed technical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD and other design software.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure AGL designs meet project requirements and specifications.

What Makes You Suitable for This Role?

To excel in this position, you will need:

">
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering and a genuine interest or passion for aviation.
  • 0-2 years' industry experience, with airport experience being advantageous but not required.
  • The ability to converse and understand airside aspects, including NAVAIDS, Special Airport Systems, and AGL.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of ICAO Annex 14, ADM manuals, and international standards like FAA, ACI, and MOS139 (advantageous).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of AGi32 and DIALux (advantageous).
