Job Title: Support Representative

Join a dynamic team providing exceptional customer support for English-speaking customers.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative professional to address customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and accurate support to customers via multiple channels.
  • Assist with account activation, integration troubleshooting, and product-related inquiries.
  • Deliver clear guidance on client retirement plan offerings.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Utilize CRM systems for tracking, managing, and resolving customer interactions.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Finance, or IT is beneficial.
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within technical support or financial services.
  • Familiarity with retirement plans or financial account management is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Zendesk and Aircall is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Must pass a background check.
Work Environment:

45-50 hours per week, 9am-6pm US-ET. Must be able to work in the US-East Coast/New York Time Zone.
