This is an exciting role for a detail-oriented professional to join our logistics team as a Data Entry Specialist.


Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data entry into our systems, supporting the smooth operation of our supply chain.
  • Maintain records of logistics transactions, including invoices, shipping documents, and inventory updates, adhering to industry standards.
  • Verify data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure data alignment and facilitate seamless communication.
  • Generate regular reports on logistics activities, such as delivery status and inventory levels, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation, upholding the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the preparation and generation of documentation for customs, freight, and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in data entry or logistics support is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in data entry software and logistics systems (e.g., ERP, TMS, or WMS) is required.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word, are essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are vital for success in this role.
