Compliance Professional

The Compliance Professional plays a pivotal role in maintaining ResultsCX's organizational integrity and competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain ongoing oversight of regulatory, legislative, contractual, and risk management requirements and reporting.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining compliance processes and checklists across various regions.
  • Research and analyze changes in regulatory and legislative requirements to ensure alignment.
  • Provide support to departments and business units by participating in working committees and test groups as needed.
  • Maintain regular communication and contact with other sites, monitoring performance and reporting on progress.
  • Analyze new legislation to determine its impact on risk exposure and coordinate compliance-related activities.
Requirements:
  • University Degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in compliance and/or risk management/audit.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and compliance reporting such as ROC and SOC.
