Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement accounting policies to ensure statutory compliance across international subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate the preparation, review, and filing of financial statements and reports in accordance with local laws and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Accounting, Tax, Legal, Treasury) to maintain alignment with U.S. GAAP while ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.
  • Support statutory and tax audits by gathering documentation, responding to auditor inquiries, and coordinating resolution of findings.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and IFRS, with experience in international statutory reporting or global compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across time zones and cultures.
