As a Product Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service and technical support to our clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a keen interest in technology.

You will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving issues efficiently, and making outbound follow-up calls during scheduled hours.

Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support and service, leading to increased satisfaction and loyalty.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to achieve productivity targets, quality metrics, and sales revenue goals.

Some of your key responsibilities will include configuring and troubleshooting basic errors with domain names and associated products, using proprietary tools effectively, and reporting faults to the helpdesk or supervisors as needed.

You will also have access to customer information only when necessary to perform your duties.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a basic understanding of internet principles, terminology, and functionality.

We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service and Technical Support, as well as Sales experience related to cross-selling and upselling.
