Job Summary:

We are seeking passionate Pet Product Specialist who love animals and enjoy providing exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting customers in making informed decisions about pet wellness and supporting retail operations in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers on pet wellness, nutrition, and care.
  • Create personalized shopping experiences for pet parents.
  • Assist in managing retail operations, including sales and inventory.
  • Handle administrative tasks as required.
  • Drive sales by building relationships with customers and providing expert advice.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related sciences is a plus).
  • Pet ownership experience and a passion for animals.
  • Non-smoker.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and assertive attitude.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexibility to be assigned to various branches as needed.
