">Job Description:
">The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing staff, and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers and employees. Key responsibilities include supervising and motivating a team of baristas and support staff, training and mentoring team members, scheduling shifts, and managing employee performance.
">Customer Experience:
">We prioritize building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring they receive outstanding service. The Supervisor will ensure every customer is greeted promptly, served with a smile, and receives their orders with accuracy and efficiency.
">Operations & Quality Control:
">The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, including inventory management, stock control, and ordering supplies. They will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the café, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.
">Sales & Marketing:
">The Supervisor will assist in developing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement. They will monitor and track sales goals, providing feedback and suggestions to improve performance.
">Requirements:
">- Previous experience in a coffee shop or hospitality setting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso machines, and beverage-making techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and remain calm under pressure
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively
