Job Opportunity:

APAC Learning Programs Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage APAC learning programs for bilingual audiences. The ideal candidate will schedule sessions, coordinate facilitators, track attendance, and provide participant support in Mandarin & English.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bilingual communication for Manufacturing training programs, participant assistance.
  • Orientate and optimize sessions for APAC time zones, liaise with vendors, manage participant service desk.
  • Document processes, provide cross-program support, ensure coverage during peak periods.
  • Maintain 24-hour SLA response, prepare regional reports, communicate with stakeholders.
Critical Skills/Experience:
  • Team coordination and management
  • Vendor liaison experience
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills
