  3. This role involves working closely with our internal marketing teams to plan and execute co-marketing activities.
  4. You'll collaborate with our connector development team to ensure seamless onboarding processes for new partners.
  5. Analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  6. As the primary point of contact for partners, you'll address questions, provide resources, and troubleshoot any issues.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners or customers.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple partner accounts and projects.
  • Proficient with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Able to analyze data to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
