Health Roster Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Health Roster Implementation Specialist to join our national Health in Justice service. This exciting opportunity will involve the rollout and implementation of the system in prisons, IRCs, and Non-Custodial sites across England.

In this role, you will be a key part of the project team during the implementation of Health Roster (now known as Allocate Optima eRoster) alongside the software provider, Systems Specialist, and site teams. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the use of the system, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflows.

This is a full-time, remote position with regular travel across the country. You will work from home and visit sites approximately every 1 in 4 weeks. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in implementing similar systems, with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills. You will be required to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including software providers, site teams, and other members of the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Health Roster (Allocate Optima eRoster) in prisons, IRCs, and Non-Custodial sites
  • Collaborate with the software provider, Systems Specialist, and site teams to ensure smooth system implementation
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
  • Provide training and support to site teams on system usage

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in implementing healthcare or justice-related systems
  • Strong technical knowledge of health rostering systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
