Hiraya is a leading offshore staffing solutions provider, dedicated to helping Australian SMEs streamline their business operations.  As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced NDIS Rostering Coordinator to join our team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled NDIS Rostering Coordinator to manage and optimize staff scheduling using ShiftCare software. This role requires a deep understanding of NDIS rostering, compliance requirements, and workforce management to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate staff rosters using ShiftCare to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Liaise with support workers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth scheduling and timely updates.
  • Monitor and track shifts, making necessary adjustments to accommodate changes and cancellations.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS regulations, award rates, and service agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff availability, leave requests, and shift allocations.
  • Address rostering conflicts and issues promptly to minimize service disruptions.
  • Communicate effectively with all relevant parties to confirm shifts and resolve scheduling challenges.
  • Provide reports and insights on roster efficiency, shift coverage, and workforce utilization.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and changes in NDIS rostering requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration, business, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination within the NDIS sector.
  • Proficiency in ShiftCare and other scheduling software.
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS compliance, award rates, and workforce management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage last-minute roster changes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Work Schedule

  • Monday - Friday: 4am - 1pm (PHT)
  • Saturday: 6am - 11am (PHT)
