Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve complex customer complaints via phone, serving as the primary point of contact for high-priority issues.
- Proactively solve problems, taking ownership from start to finish, and never settle for superficial fixes.
- C coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Provide actionable feedback to improve processes and prevent future complaints.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and empathy
- Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Zendesk and telephony systems
Your Experience:
- 2+ years in customer support with a focus on escalated complaints.
- A proven track record of de-escalating angry customers and driving issues to resolution.
- Zendesk and modern telephony system proficiency.
- Preference for candidates with e-commerce market experience.
- Outstanding command of the English language.
