Job Title

Seeking a dedicated professional to support lead qualification, application, and documentation tasks for mortgage lending processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Qualification & CRM Support: Assist in vetting and qualifying inbound leads from various sources, maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, and monitor shared inboxes for timely follow-up.
  • Application & Documentation Support: Prepare and lodge client applications under guidance, ensure all supporting documents are complete and compliant with regulatory standards, and track outstanding items for submission timelines.
  • Client Communication & Service: Draft client emails and follow-up messages post-meeting or post-settlement, support calendar scheduling for client calls and virtual meetings, and assist with post-settlement servicing tasks.
  • Reporting & Process Improvement: Maintain task logs, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, prepare weekly reports on lead conversion, application status, and service level adherence, and identify workflow bottlenecks for proposed solutions.
Requirements
  • Strong written English and client service orientation.
  • High attention to detail and task ownership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with mortgage lending processes and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
