Director of Service Delivery

As a Service Delivery Director, you will oversee and motivate your team to meet client objectives, ensure quality customer experiences on every call, and create a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance key performance metrics associated with goals, including Customer Satisfaction Score, Service Level Goals, Quality Goals, and Coach associates to achieve company and client objectives.
- Manage multiple, complex tasks and projects while monitoring absence and attendance of the team.
- Mentor and inspire others, promote a performance-driven culture, and engage the team in ensuring they have proper tools and systems.
- A minimum 1 year call center or equivalent work experience.
- A customer-focused mindset, understanding, interpreting, and manipulating data for reporting.
