Job Opportunity

Seeking a detail-oriented professional to serve as the primary point of contact for database usage questions at the project level.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure data points align with client requirements and coordinate with support teams for custom reports.
  • Identify required data points for each project, establish data entry and reporting workflows, and provide training to users.
  • Ensure accurate data entry through quality assurance activities and verify data completeness and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues, assist with database enhancements, and provide demonstrations of database functionality.

Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in data entry, database administration, or data support roles.
  • Experience working with database systems (e.g., Salesforce, Access, SQL-based systems) and supporting end-users on database systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
