Job Opportunity: Fund Reconciliations Expert

We are seeking a seasoned fund reconciliations professional to join our team in this remote role.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of responsibilities, including daily reconciliations for fund accounts, managing fund operations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily reconciliations for fund accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage fund operations, including trade settlements, cash management, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting fund operations.
  • Generate and review reports to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and reconciliations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • CPA required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in fund reconciliations, fund operations, and project management.
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools used in banking and financial services.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with global stakeholders.
