Data Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume responsibility for maintaining and improving existing reports across pre-construction and construction departments, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new dashboards and reporting solutions that provide clear insights into business performance, operational efficiency, forecasting, and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve existing reports across pre-construction and construction departments
  • Develop new dashboards and reporting solutions that provide clear insights into business performance, operational efficiency, forecasting, and project outcomes
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand their data needs and translate business questions into analytical tasks
  • Conduct data validation, cleaning, and analysis from various systems (e.g., project management tools, CRM)
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or anomalies
  • Assist in building forecasting models for workload planning, resource allocation, and project timelines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within construction, property, or a related industry
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI (or similar BI tools), and SQL
  • Familiarity with database management and data visualization best practices
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
