The Role of Data Operations Specialist

As a Data Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data. You will be responsible for managing complex data tasks, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to process improvements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute complex data manipulation tasks, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and best practices.
  • Provide expert assistance to clients on location data using proprietary tools, addressing advanced issues and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough audits on listing data to maintain accuracy and quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop, refine, and document best practices aimed at enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • A professional with 3-4 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex data discrepancies and provide clear, effective solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in English, including written, spoken, and reading skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
