We are seeking a Customer Support Agent to provide critical, timely support for our customers worldwide.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customer queries via chat, email and phone, resolving support tickets from initiation to resolution. Additionally, they will escalate issues to subject matter experts when needed and update support content based on recurring issues and product updates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Log, track and resolve customer tickets promptly
  • Detect and fix issues, ensuring seamless hand-offs for complex cases
  • Implement changes based on customer feedback and revise support materials to reflect current processes and solutions

Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and support platforms is also highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Recent graduate or 2+ years in customer solutions, preferably in tech or healthcare
