Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior personnel in conducting audits.
  • Document audit tests and findings in workpapers.
  • Maintain knowledge of current audit legislation and ensure compliance with US regulations.
  • Analyze client data using standard processes and tools.
  • Identify technical issues and share suggestions with senior personnel to mitigate them.
  • Suggest ways to streamline operations and increase client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited institution.
  • 3-7 years of recent public accounting experience in audit.
  • ERISA, Employee Benefit Plans Experience Required.
  • Understanding of generally accepted auditing standards, GAAP, and industry-specific rules.
  • Experience with paperless auditing applications preferred.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong research, organizational, computer, and analytical skills required.
  • A desire to provide exceptional client service with the highest level of integrity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
