Job Summary

We are seeking a senior assurance professional to join our team. As a key member of our audit group, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and auditing, with excellent analytical and communication skills. You will be responsible for conducting audits, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain our core values and service standards.
  • Analyze financial statement issues using electronic sources and software.
  • Contribute to the assurance workflow by researching and proposing solutions to client issues.
  • Gather and review documentation to assess internal controls and provide business process solutions.
  • Communicate timely results internally and externally.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS.
  • CARRY COMPLEX TASKS THROUGH TO COMPLETION.
  • Supervise and coach staff on detailed engagements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in auditing techniques.
  • PARTICIPATE IN LEVEL 3, 4, AND 5 ASSURANCE TRAINING.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited college.
  • Compliance with the 150 hour rule and/or a CPA certification.
  • A minimum of two years recent public accounting experience.
  • Understanding of auditing standards and industry-specific rules.
  • Experience with paperless auditing applications is preferred.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong research, organizational, and analytical skills are required.
