
Technical Support Specialist

This role involves providing technical support and assistance to clients and staff, ensuring their computer systems and software applications operate effectively.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create, modify, and delete user accounts
- Manage security and group policy settings
- Administer networking devices, such as routers and switches
- Configure email settings and troubleshoot issues
- Set up and manage Office 365 accounts
- Ensure SharePoint permissions are correctly set for users
- Troubleshoot general system issues, including unavailable services, printing, and performance problems
- Enroll devices into Microsoft Intune and Azure
- Monitor and maintain daily backups using Datto
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Windows Server, O365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, VMWare, and Virtualization
- Ability to support network switches, routers, and firewalls (CISCO, HP, Draytek)
- Current Microsoft certifications and working knowledge of ITIL
- Assertive communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, interpersonally, and written
- Extensive hands-on experience troubleshooting support issues across numerous enterprises
