Technical Support Specialist

This role involves providing technical support and assistance to clients and staff, ensuring their computer systems and software applications operate effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, modify, and delete user accounts
  • Manage security and group policy settings
  • Administer networking devices, such as routers and switches
  • Configure email settings and troubleshoot issues
  • Set up and manage Office 365 accounts
  • Ensure SharePoint permissions are correctly set for users
  • Troubleshoot general system issues, including unavailable services, printing, and performance problems
  • Enroll devices into Microsoft Intune and Azure
  • Monitor and maintain daily backups using Datto

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Windows Server, O365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, VMWare, and Virtualization
  • Ability to support network switches, routers, and firewalls (CISCO, HP, Draytek)
  • Current Microsoft certifications and working knowledge of ITIL
  • Assertive communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, interpersonally, and written
  • Extensive hands-on experience troubleshooting support issues across numerous enterprises
