Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical leader to join our team as a Market Management Systems (MMS) Technical Manager.

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that involves leading the technical delivery of MMS solutions for major customers, ensuring contractual commitments are met, and supporting customer implementations across various regions.

  • Lead technical implementation and development of MMS solutions for major customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure clear communication and effective execution.
  • Manage customer interactions, providing guidance and establishing trust.
  • Collaborate across functions to meet project goals and quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in tools and processes.
  • Apply Agile and DevOps practices for efficient software deployment.
  • Manage project risks, scope, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • At least 15 years experience in technical consultancy, especially in the electrical utility industry.
  • Experience with operational technologies like MMS, EMS, DMS, OMS.
  • Knowledge of energy markets and systems integration is desirable.
Work Arrangements:
  • Remote position with no relocation assistance required.
  • Senior level, full-time role in the Electric Power Generation industry.
