Key Responsibilities

Below are some of the key responsibilities of the Analyst Programmer:

  • Maintenance of existing LWT systems
  • Troubleshooting system problems and diagnosing application faults
  • Communication with clients via email and phone for details and resolution of issues
  • Management of open tickets according to priority
  • Debugging, coding, testing, and deployment of changes in accordance with established processes
  • Support in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for new client installs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant IT-related discipline
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS SQL Server, Javascript, CSS, HTML, JQuery, Web Services, Window Services, VB.Net/C#, XML, XSLT, AngularJS, Typescript, Node.JS, API Authentication (JWToken/Oauth)
  • Strong communication skills with excellent spoken and written English
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
