About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Email Security Team at Check Point Software. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers and helping them resolve complex email security issues.

As an Email Security Expert, you will work closely with our engineering and product teams to identify and troubleshoot problems, and collaborate with our software engineers to develop solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer support tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to email security
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to identify and develop solutions to emerging threats
  • Work closely with our product team to ensure that our products meet the evolving needs of our customers
Requirements
  • Experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell, and SQL
  • Knowledge of HTTP/S, SMTP, DNS, LDAP, or similar protocols
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
