Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliable Chiller Operations Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring timely opening and closing of chillers according to schedule.
  • Monitoring water level and temperature, inspecting, documenting, and maintaining plant equipment on an hourly or daily basis.
  • Performing preventive maintenance of chillers in coordination with the Project Engineer.
  • Diagnosing problems and coordinating with the Project Engineer.
  • Completing daily service reports and submitting them to the client as required.

Chiller Technician Responsibilities:

  • Performing preventive maintenance, checks, and repairs of chiller units.
  • Making necessary repairs and providing recommendations for damaged or malfunctioning units.
  • Preparing daily service reports.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in Refrigeration and Aircon Servicing Certification (DomRAC II).
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience in chiller operatorship and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in leading a team of technicians is preferred.
  • High preference for candidates with experience on centralize chillers.
  • Candidates with VRV/VRF and AHU experience are also open to apply.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
