Job Description

This role involves uploading and downloading transactions such as sales orders from customers, purchase orders to suppliers, and managing inventory arrivals. Effective communication with suppliers and warehouse departments is crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Manage transactions efficiently to ensure timely distribution of products to customers.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse departments to complete tasks assigned.
  • Organize and arrange files related to quotations, client sales orders, purchase orders, and sales invoices.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and have 1-2 years of experience in sales. Familiarity with sales invoicing, purchase orders, and PEZA-related matters is essential.
