Virtual Receptionists play a vital role in managing the first impression of our clients. As a Virtual Receptionist, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls professionally and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage inbound calls with courtesy and respect.
  • Book appointments on the client's CRM/scheduling platforms as needed.
  • Take detailed call summary notes including contact information, reason for inquiry, and other relevant details.
  • Transmit call notes to the client after each call with accuracy and no typos.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in BPO industry
  • Multitasking skills with ability to handle multiple calls at once
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent clients professionally
